In order to be able to sort waste (but also other goods) efficiently, safely and quickly using robots, it requires not only the right hardware (robot, gripper...) and sensor technology for recognition and classification, but also intelligent algorithms to be able to plan the evaluation and sensor data and the subsequent robot actions quickly, safely and efficiently. By using artificial intelligence, these processes can be significantly improved in the future.

PRO has knowledge in the use and programming of robots as well as the framework to control the systems. The integration of the algorithms into the overall system is also available.

We are looking for an AI strategy (gripping strategy) or AI algorithms that can be easily integrated into a robot system. Based on intelligent algorithms, they will significantly improve the yield during sorting and give the system self-learning capabilities.
