metrics that aid in evaluating and selecting the solution.
The evaluation parameters are as follows:

04. Accessibility and simplicity of the solution (30%)
The scope of the challenge has to be:
- Addressing the challenge gradually, starting from a bottom-up strategy.
- A digital solution that is straightforward to implement, easy to use and understandable for all targets. This solution needs to be used by all kinds of communities, including those that don't have access to electricity.
- The solution should cover both a practical component and a component of pure knowledge.
- It is essential to find a sustainable local solution.
